The State of the Gospel in 2006





The January-February 2007 issue of Mission Frontiers features a report from Jason Mandryk.

Jason Mandryk is the co-author of the sixth edition of Operation World (2001). In September 2006, Jason presented the State of the Gospel in 2006 to the Lausanne Committee for World Evangelization's Younger Leaders Gathering.

looks like lots of work to be done here. Christianity is hardly growing. Islam is the fast growing religion.

Yes, it is worrying to see that Islam is the fastest growing religion in 2006 according to the statistics.

Christians include all three traditions: Roman Catholics, Protestant and Eastern Orthodox.
