I absolutely agree with the 'Legend of Drunken Master' scene..i must've watched it a few dozen times!
My vote goes to the Bridget Jones fight scene!

my personal favourite is Bruce Lee in the Game of Death. It was awesome to see his finely executed kicks and punches.
I have only watched 6/20 - not very good! haha ... and out of the 6, the one I remember the most is The Matrix one, and this is coming from a person who watching a movie for the second time, would ask, "what happens next?" :D

how I envy you. If you can watch a movie a second time and not remember what you saw the first time,then it is like watching the movie for the first time when you are watching it the second time.
