The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran
Bought a cloth bound copy of The Prophet during my book shopping spree yesterday. I have always loved Kahlil Gibran, and his writings were very influential during my formative teenage years. This will be my fourth The Prophet book and I look forward to reading this illustrated edition.
The picture on the front cover is that of an open hand-a traditional symbol of knowledge, protection, and peace.
